Baltimore Immigration Court Closings and delays for the Baltimore Immigration Court are announced under the name "FEDERAL EXECUTIVE BOARD" on WBAL and WJZ. When the Court opens on a delay, all cases scheduled to begin before the delayed opening time will be automatically rescheduled and Respondents on those dockets are not expected to appear. Cases scheduled to begin on or after the delayed opening time will go forward, and Respondents on those dockets must appear. Baltimore ICE/ERO Closings and delays for the Baltimore ICE/ERO office are also announced under the name "FEDERAL EXECUTIVE BOARD" on WBAL and WJZ. When the office is closed, those with check-in appointments are expected to report on the next business day. Baltimore USCIS If you have an interview or appoinment at the Baltimore USCIS office on an inclement weather day, please call 410-779-2931 and select option 8 for updated information regarding closings and delays.
